Please accept the below Terms & Conditions to receive your $10 Uber voucher.
1. Eligibility: The promotion is open exclusively to registered users of Uber for Business’s voucher program ("Authorized Users").
2. Promotion Period: The promotional event commences on 11/26/2024 and concludes on 1/2/2025.
3. Voucher Usage: The $10 Uber voucher ("Voucher") is valid for one or multiple trips and may be merged with other promotions. Redemption of the Voucher must occur within the "Promotion Period".
4. Privacy and Security:
4.1. Roles of Parties: WCF Insurance and Uber will each act as an independent controller of the personal data pertaining to the Authorized Users ("Authorized User Data").
4.2. Lawfulness; Notice and Consent: WCF Insurance commits to duly informing Authorized Users and possessing a legitimate basis to process their personal data. Additionally, WCF Insurance shall secure, when necessary, explicit consent from each Authorized User for the following:
- (a) To supply Authorized User Data to Uber.
- (b) For Uber to provide WCF Insurance with detailed reports and live updates on orders or trips charged to WCF Insurance's Corporate Account.
- (c) To accept SMS messages and emails from Uber, and for Uber to otherwise engage with each Authorized User in relation to the provision of Uber Services or for any communication as per the Agreement.
4.3. Data Restrictions: Uber is obligated to process the Authorized User Data solely for the objectives outlined in the Agreement and not beyond.
- 4.4. Damages: Any damages resulting from WCF Insurance’s violation of the “Privacy and Security” section herein are not limited by the liability caps specified in the General Terms.
5. No Liability: WCF Insurance will not be held accountable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by any individual due to the utilization of the Voucher, engagement in the promotion, or any correlated activities, save for liabilities which cannot be lawfully excluded.
6. No Affiliation: This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, managed by, or affiliated with Uber Technologies, Inc. or its affiliates, barring the data sharing and communications consents specifically provided in this agreement.
7. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in this promotion and acceptance of the Voucher constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
8. Amendments to the Promotion: WCF Insurance reserves the right to cancel, conclude, alter, or suspend the promotion at its discretion due to any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that impairs the integrity or proper function of the promotion.
9. Governing Law: Any disputes regarding these Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of the state in which WCF Insurance is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
